• Use the mobile banking app to:
  • Place a travel notification to avoid being declined.
  • Lock your debit card for extra protection when you’re not using it.
  • Unlock your debit card when you’re ready to make a purchase.
• Never write down your PIN. Memorize it.
• Never give your card and PIN to anyone.
• When choosing your PIN, do not choose numbers that are easily guessed such as phone numbers and dates of birth.
• Never give card numbers over the phone unless you have initiated the call.
